We spent the morning at the mall. N made a friend in every store we went to. He played in the play area for a while before we left to go to G's appointment. I think we'll go back outside later on. I have to wash the new outfits I bought the boys for Sunday since it's going to be 80 degrees, and I bought long sleeve shirts and pants.

Oh, G decided to celebrate his half birthday by cutting his first tooth! The pedi said a second one is not far behind. His teacher said yesterday he was really fussy, and that explains it.

I'm off. DD slept from 7pm-8:30am. I think I woke up 4 times to check on her. Her Easter party ​at daycare wore her out! My SIL and neice came over this morning for some baby time. Steamed cleaned the carpets and purged some clothes. DD is back asleep for her quick 30 min evening nap. On me. In only a diaper. We had a leak (damn microfiber inserts) so I changed her and stripped off her clothes. She had to eat right this second, so here she is in her skivvies.

I got a sunburn on my face playing outside this afternoon with ds. One of these days I will remember to put sunscreen on myself when I put it on him.

I took dd1 outside after dinner just the two of us. Ive been bkaming threenager attitude, but i think its been combined with some serious disappoibtment about how dd2 has affected our one on one time. Her acting up and whining and yelling is so frustrating but when I can remember that it's because she just misses me and my attention I feel a little bad. Anyways she was a different kid the whole time we were out there so I guess my suspicions are correct. I guess I just try to do that more? How are other older sibs faring lately

Same for us. This last week or so I noticed if I really make an effort to get one in one time with DD1 she is much easier in general. It almost seems like now that the baby interacts and laughs with us she is getting more jealous.

sanibel21 DD (28 months) told me last week to put down the baby and help her get dressed. That's the first time I realized she might be jealous. I felt so bad that I did put down the baby and help her even though she was capable of dressing herself. Damn guilt.
