Thanks fem and jwinct . I know my anxiety isn't as bad as I've seen or heard some other people get, but it is still very new to me. I was hoping the low dose of celexa was enough and it would be situational (6 months) as I was diagnosed, but it is becoming very clear to me it is my new normal as Lil P will be 6 months next week and it is getting worse, not better.
FWIW, brain chemistry and hormonal regulation after a baby can take something like a year to sort itself out completely. While it's true that it could be a longer term thing for you, it might be that things are just still in the balancing out phase. Regardless of anyone else's experience, your own hardest thing is your own hardest thing. Hugs.
