Our Henry's beans this morning are called "Ethiopian Fancy," which cracks me up. One cup in bed reading the news and one cup in the car on the commute. Now I'm sitting at my desk wondering what to do with myself. I'll probably make tea in a while just for something to do.

Peet's Major Dickenson's Blend (fyi - dark roasts work better than light or medium in Keurigs)
I tried that new Natural Bliss Vanilla Almond Milk creamer, because the commercials made it look so damn good. And it actually IS good!! I recommend it, if you like flavored coffee creamer.
The only negative thing I can say is this: I like my coffee somewhat light and sweet. With this creamer, I have use more than I usually do to get it as light and flavored as I like it. I feel like I'm going to be buying a lot of this creamer.
mimsy I have a container of mascarpone sitting in my fridge that I don't know what to do with. I'll send it your way down the turnpike
I've got Folgers with truvia, the usual.
You should just spread it on toast or crackers like butter, it's so tasty! Or dip berries in it. Or make creamed spinach or kale with mascarpone. Or use it to make your mashed potatoes more decadent instead of butter.
I had black coffee that we bought in California and are still working on. But after 2 hours of heavy lifting and freezer moving I decided that I deserved some maple syrup in that coffee. It was gooood.

@milano, I never has mascarpone before until I went to brunch at a local restaurant. They put a berry flavored mascarpone over warm waffles and it was to die for.
