I've been better than ever with meal planning and even dud our breakfasts and lunches ahead of time last week. That worked out really well. I fell off the wagon this weekend because I didn't plan ahead and make my meals in advance. Won't make that mistake again.
My focus this week will be sticking to my plan all 7 days and working out 5 days this week.
1) I'd like to go through the drive through and JUST order my coffee. (Today I was not successful)
2) Pack my lunch each day for work (Today I was successful)
3) No snacking after the kids go to sleep - This has become a bad habit. I get them both to sleep then go downstairs to finish cleaning up from dinner and finish packing lunches, making bottles, etc. I wind up binging and then going straight up to bed. Not a good habit.
@peachsmama I think you don't drink coffee, but do you have a beverage you usually enjoy in the morning?
I don't want to know what life is like without caffeine, so I'm eager for my coffee. I get a glass of water when I pour my coffee and make myself drink it before I can have coffee. Since I'm barely functioning without caffeine, you can bet I Down that water FAST. It's been a good way for me to hit the ground running with my water intake.

My gym is opening back up finally, woohoo! Planning on going 4 days and making improvements in eating. Taking my lunch to work and meal planning so we don't rely on quick unhealthy foods.
I got a bonus month membership to barre so my goal is to go 3-5 times per week for the next month. I just weight myself (after supper but it doesn't really matter) and it was too high. So clean eating starts ASAP (after I get to the grocery store).
Well my March/Lent goal of no sweets resulted in nothing. Well, let's be honest, I only gave up about 75% of sweets. So I bought oreos for the first time in 6 weeks to help me sulk.
I finally went to a class last night, which was the first time I've worked out in probably 2 months. I'm sore. So I'm going to try and make it a goal of at least 1 time per week going to class. Hopefully I'll start going on more walks/runs as the weather gets nicer.
DH agreed to a May whole 30. This will give me a good week to prepare (mentally and buy groceries). We are going on a trip June 1, so hopefully that'll be good motivation.
I'm starting a whole 30 today and also woke up early and ran on the treadmill. I've been telling myself to do that for weeks and finally did it. So I'm hoping to run 3 mornings a week along with at least 1 class a week. I want to be more dedicated to whole 30 this time, but I know we have things going on every weekend so I will just try and make good choices and not go overboard on the weekends.
I had a bad weekend. I was cranky and ate my feelings.
Yesterday I got the rare 2 hour double nap. Instead of doing something productive (like folding the 8 billion loads of laundry/ emptying the dishwasher/ exercising), I sat on the couch and ate a bag of potato chips while watching Keeping up with the Kardashians.
Today is another day.
My friend gave me a hello fresh coupon so I used that for this week, we'll see how that goes, but I think the meals I chose are fairly healthy. Even if not great, they're still better then what I get/make on the fly. And since it's just me and S most of the time, I should have plenty of leftovers for lunch.

I've been doing well. Healthy meals, ok snacks (still need some work here) and going to boot camp 4-5 times a week. New goal is to not be wineALLthetime.
I'm down a few pounds and hoping to keep going in that direction.
Pete really helped me work in some time to exercise last week, so that helped.
If I don't get to do my cardio and weights during the day, I'm going to make sure to fit in either stationary bike or Pilates after the kids go to bed each night.
I'm eating perfectly but the scale isn't moving as much as I think it should. My Rheumatologist is wanting me to have my TSH tested and I'm going to refrain from taking my Amitriptyline and Benzodiazepine (both of which cause weight gain, yay!) to see if that helps. I suspect it should.

Hi, it's a new month and I'm deciding to finally make some changes in my life. I eat horribly. It started since I got KU w B, kept it going bc hey I was BF'ing, then I got KU again plus another round of BF'ing. So 4 years to cultivate these bad habits. 🙁 I'm stopping this shit. I will prolly never have my pre-pg body back but I can at least put healthful foods in my body and I'm sure I will see improvements on the outside as well.
