1. How did last week go? Not well. I went out to eat several times, ate all weekend, and had ice cream and drinks on multiple days. I gained at least one pound back. I did get a good amount of walking in most days.
2. Goals for this week? Improve my diet! This week is less eventful than last week so I can really focus on making healthier choices. Walk most days and make it to stroller fitness on Friday.
3. Food thoughts (recipes, grocery shopping, etc.) Tacos tonight, stewed beef and Brussels sprouts tomorrow. I have to go shopping this afternoon.
4. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts: I went off track there
5. GTKY. Favorite workout or running shoe. Not sure. Right now I'm wearing a cheap pair of Adidas shoes that fit fine.

1. How did last week go? Pretty well! I got all my workouts in. Only day I didn't get my workout in was on Easter. But I did get a walk in early in the morning.
2. Goals for this week? Get back to eating a little better. I spoiled myself yesterday and ate a few too many treats, and just too much food in general. I'm so glad my family took 99% of the desserts because I hate that stuff lying around tempting me.
3. Good thoughts. Left overs today for DH, I'll have a salad for dinner since I had a plate of left overs for lunch. Then we need to get groceries. We literally eat chicken a veggie and rice/sweet potato almost every day. Usually one day is a fish day, and one day is ground chicken or beef.
4. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts: none really, wishing I was cheering on the runners today in Boston. And also thinking I could NEVER run a marathon.
5. GTKY. I have aisics right now. They are doing the job. They are new so I hope they last me a bit. Before this I alternated between Nikes and Sauconys.

1. How did last week go? Ok. Food wise was a crapshoot as meals were healthy but I had some kind of dessert every night. More walking but still experiencing pain in the vajayjay.
2. Goals for this week? Cut down dessert to 3x this week, walk as I can.
3. Food thoughts (recipes, grocery shopping, etc.). I bought 6 pounds of chicken over the weekend so we will have that tonight and froze another 4 meals worth. Buying in bulk when it is on sale saves me and the budget.
4. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts: I was cleared to exercise again but the cysts in my vayjayjay make it difficult to do more than walk 1 mile. I want to run again and extremely cranky that I will most likely miss the spring season.
5. New Balance 1080. They have gotten me through a lot of races and I have 3 pairs that are begging to be worn.
1. How did last week go? Not too bad! Worked out 6 out of 7 days this week & ate relatively well except for yesterday.
2. Goals for this week? 6 workouts and only 1 cheat meal.
3. Food thoughts (recipes, grocery shopping, etc.) I have leftover bruschetta mixture from yesterday so I'm going out grill some chicken for dinner tonight and top it with that. I also have a pork loin I'm going to grill one night. Salads for lunch this week. MIL is fixing supper 2 nights this week so I'm hoping she keeps it relatively healthy.
4. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts: I bough the insanity max 30 workout DVDs and started them last week. Holy. Sweatfest. They're awesome for not using any weights or props.
5. GTKY. Favorite workout or running shoe. Right now I'm in Nike Frees but I am going to treat myself to the Flyknits before I go back to work. I also want to get a pair of Brooks for running but that probably won't be until June or July.
1. How did last week go? LOLOLOL. So much Easter crap. My mom really outdid herself. So much food. 2. Goals for this week: Rid my house of all the crap food. Have "active minutes" 6 out of 7 days. Meet my step goal 3 times.
3. Food thoughts: I need to get creative with side dishes so I'm not falling into the tater tot rut so often. Tonight we did not have any potato, and I'd like to make that happen more often -- replace with a healthier option.
4. Question: I am interested in yoga, but, honestly, I am scared of it. I am not in great shape, I'm not skinny, I'm not athletic, I'm not that flexible. What could I look into?
5. I do not have any sneaker feels. I actually hate sneakers. 😕
1. How did last week go? Mediocre. I only got two workouts and the were on consecutive days. We went to the gym on Monday last week, but I was held up feeding and changing kids. Same today.
2. Goals for this week? Get to the gym at least twice. We'll be traveling later this week, so it might be a little difficult.
3. Food thoughts (recipes, grocery shopping, etc.) Eat non-donuts and non-cookies. Veggies would be nice. Our diet quality went downhill after kids came.
4. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts: I'm really annoyed at how my clothes fit (or don't) and that it's been so hard to get gym time even with a membership to a gym that includes childcare. They don't change diapers or feed kids
