Do you have one yet with baby? If you have two or more kids what does your evening look like?
I do bedtime solo M-F so lately I've been giving the baby his bath, lotion, nurse and bed first while DD (4yo) watches a cartoon or plays. Then we have dinner together, she has her bath, story, song and bed. This works well but if the baby is fussy sometimes this results in DD eating and staying up a little later.

I also put both kids to bed most nights. When I don't DH entertains our 2 year old while I take care of baby.
Basically around 6:15/6:20 I give R her reflux medicine and probiotic. She then gets a bottle of half EBM/ half formula usually downstairs while K is watching cartoons. If DH is home he watches K, if not she gets the iPad/cartoons. I take the baby upstairs once she's done eating. We pull the black out shades, hit the sound machine, and rock until R is asleep. Then she goes down swaddled in the crib. Usually between 6:45-7:30 she is down. I'm really glad we aren't nursing to sleep, because that was a hard habit to break with K.
Then I usually go downstairs and hang with K until 7:30 and we watch cartoons and then she goes to bed.
Baths are done right after dinner if they are needed. I kinda fit them in whenever life seems least crazy/ when baby is happy and settled.

DH's and I were just talking about this. We are about to start a routine with DS2. I think we are going to try divide and conquer until DS2's bedtime is earlier. He's going down around 7:00-7:15 right now which is the same as DS1. The goal is DS2 in bed for 6:30 while DS1 finishes dinner. But it'll be the same routine for both boys. Bath, lotion, pjs, story, song, in bed. Well, DS2 will have nursing in there somewhere
