M had his appointment on the 3rd. He is around 75th percentile for everything. He took his first steps just before he turned 1 and he walks a little bit every day. He still primarily crawls or cruises though. He has started STTN, which is amazing and has done wonders for my PPD/PPA.
Cruising and standing but not walking. He's a lean little guy, still wearing some 6-9 month onesies. Definitely smaller than my others were at this age but height and head growing so pedi isn't concerned.
We had a deal he would stay my baby as long as possible so I guess he's just making good on it.
Just went today.. 19lbs1oz and 29.5 inches Walking/running all over the damn place! Pedi says she's way advanced in mobility but says when that happens they are often behind in verbal skills...we will see. No real words yet but she just started pointing at everything. We are clapping, waving and blowing kisses...sorta. No concerns. Going to start milk instead of formula this week. I'm curious how that will go
Walking? - Walking and at the appointment the doctor made a big deal about the fact that LO doesn't stand to walk completely on her own (she would crawl to things for assistance standing and then she could walk alone) but tonight after dinner she stood completely on her own and started walking. The did it 5 more times before bed...
ETA what I find most interesting is that she weighed just more than a pound more than DD1 did when she was born. But now at a year their stats are almost the exact same.
