I have a Jimmy Dean delight breakfast sandwich and coffee. I make my sandwich fancy by toasting the muffin part and warming the other components on the stove when I have time. I wrap it in a paper towel and eat it while I drive and also enjoy my coffee while I drive. I have a 45-75 minute commute depending on work location.

Usually yogurt and coffee..sometimes I'll eat the fig bars from Costco. Today it was powdered doughnuts because I'm an adult. Always coffee at a minimum.
Usually its a biscuit sandwhich, with 2 egg whites, a slice of cheese, and two slices of bacon. But i get it made to order at work. If i really need something grab and go i usually go to dunkin donuts or make myself 2 blueberry waffles.
I almost 100% of the time on weekdays just have a bowl of instant oatmeal, which doesn't make for a great "grab and go" snack (or you could just make it at work). I also normally take a mid-morning snack to work, normally a cup of Greek yogurt. This week I've been grabbing the muffins I made for Easter brunch (you could make much healthier options than the normal blueberry ones I have). Sometimes in the summer I'll throw in some smoothies when I'm feeling over yogurt.

Smoothie with yogurt, coconut milk, frozen fruit, spinach, banana, and a pinch of cardamom. And chai tea (steeped black chai tea, add stevia, vanilla, and half and half)
I've been really meaning to try overnight oats. Anyone have a method to share? What kind of oats to buy, etc?
I make mine with regular rolled oats from Trader Joe's. Then I add cashew milk and "pie flavors" - so for pumpkin pie I add canned pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg. Apple pie is cut up apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg. I'll also add chia seeds and/or hemp hearts.
they've all turned out pretty yummy, my favorite is the banana chocolate chip - it feels like dessert for breakfast!
So I'm kind of a weirdo who doesn't like sweet stuff for breakfast. I like plain oatmeal maybe with some almonds or something. But this link gives me a good place to start, thanks!
I eat brioche or toasts with Nutella or honey. If I have good bread I eat that with butter, or even better salted butter. I drink smoothies or pineapple juice.
I only buy salted butter, even if I'm baking. In fact, I also add this stuff to my cottage cheese, butter toast or cream cheese bagel/toast. I love salt.
I'm not super hungry when I wake up so first I have a latte that I make from our espresso machine at home. Then I have another latte. Then an hour later I eat scrambled eggs with toast, a bagel with cream cheese or lately I've been into hard boiled eggs with salt sprinkled on top.
Then another hour later I have a plate of fruit with the kids. Then another hour later I have carrots and cucumber sticks with hummus. I snack like this every hour or so all day.
