And @peachsmama, I don't remember if I've said this before, but Peach is an exact twin of Sam's BFF. It's spooky. Every time you post a picture I do a double take. They even seem to carry themselves the same way, if that makes sense.
I don't do back carries without help. My hubby put her in for me.

It takes some practice but you can do it on your own, I promise! The way I do it is get the waist belt strapped on. Put S on my hip and scoot her around to the back, at some point during that I gave to get my arm out of the way. Hold on to her bum with one hand and use the other to pull up the panel. Then armstraps and adjust. Here's a video showing a few different methods. There's also one called the Egyptian method too.
