So, I went to the grocery store on my lunch break and of course there are Easter clearance tables right near the checkout area. There were bags of Hershey chocolate eggs with pretzel bits in them. WHAT!? I bought a bag and put them in the candy jar in our office hallway. Holy hell, they are delicious.
Those sound delicious. I was going to save this for a FFFC, but, since we're talking about Easter candy. I went to Target last night to pick up a few containers of food for G. I decided to take a walk to the seasonal section to see if my favorite Easter candy (Cadbury caramel eggs) were still available and marked down.
I walked out with 10 4 packs of eggs. The look MH gave me when I showed him was priceless.

I have resisted the clearance Easter candy. Not because I don't want it, but because I'm too busy to go buy it. Good thing I still have a bag of jelly beans left and all the candy I won't let my kids eat:)

Pre kids I used to go workout at 5am. It was crossfit so it was a workout that kicked my butt and was done by 6am. I could be showered and on my way to work before 7. Now with kids that is just not doable. I feel like any time I wake up early to workout the baby KNOWS. She always wakes up to eat! Not to mention that 3am wake up doesn't exactly make me want to get up at 5 and workout. So I've been doing C25K again in the evenings and going as soon as I put the baby to bed. H gets to put the toddler down. On nights when the kids won't go down as soon as needed, no run for me. I'm looking forward to being on a regular schedule with the baby and maybe being able to fit in some kind of exercise class or something. I like running but I really enjoy group workouts like crossfit or body pump too.
I skimmed, so consider LTs as likes or support, whatever you need. ksyknelvr73 I'm so sorry things are tough right now. I hope y'all are able to figure something out. And good luck with the job!! I've missed so much.
Add me to the when the fluck am I supposed to exercise camp. I lost about 5-6lbs just going back to work, so I'm about 4lbs-ish above my pre-baby weight at this point, which is nice, but I know I'm not "fit." I get short of breath taking the stairs between the 5th and 7th floors at work. Dumb. I already wake up at 4:45 just to get the kids and myself out the door on time, so it makes me ill thinking about getting up any earlier, but I'm just not motivated enough in the evenings. I get home between 5:30 and 5:50, typically, and then it's a mad dash to eat and get both boys in bed. By then all I wanna do is unwind with MH and my eyes are barely open by 9pm. Lunch break is out-I can't leave the hospital. Le sigh.
Things are going well. It's def busy being back to work, but I'm so much happier. We're getting closer to our target date for listing the house (hopefully middle of May) and recently found a property that looks promising to build on. Lots of changes coming up here!

Yes @holachica you are speaking my language. The pay is so so pathetic for the investment put in. DH absolutely loves coaching though and I don't think he cares - but I do. He used to do football too which was even worse than baseball, and when we did the math it came to $2/hr!
