Numbers:  not sure exactly what this is supposed to be but I'm on CD18  



Circumstances: this will be the first month of TTC if I O. I've had cycles ranging from 38-45 days since going off the pill last year 



Rants: I'm so overwhelmed at work and with stuff around the house 



Raves:
The naturopath I wanted to see got back to me so I have my first appointment tomorrow

QOTW: Other than ttc, what are you excited about in the next 6 or so months? Events, vacations, etc...
our anniversary is in June so we're going to Vermont for a couple nights

alwayscheese, with FAM you'd abstain or use a barrier method/withdrawal when you have CM since it's all considered fertile but EWCM and watery are "peak". So when you have "dry days" and a couple days after confirmed O when your CM isn't peak anymore is safe.

alwayscheese,  not sure if you've read Taking Charge of Your Fertility but that is the most recommended book if you're interested in FAM. I also started listening to this podcast called Fertility Friday and it has been a wealth of information and I'm a little obsessed with it. I'd highly recommend it! She's been doing the podcast for a few years so I started back at the beginning. She starts out with the details of FAM and has a guest every week. Topics range from charting, periods, PCOS, preconception diets, so much stuff.
