I need another one of these.
Today R was feeling bad and spent most of the day snuggling with me. Occasionally he would say "mama, I just really love you" or "I love you so much." Heart melting right there.
Also, MIL taught him the words to Lullaby (lullaby, and goodnight...). I don't know all the words so he has been singing it to me the last 2 nights. It's adorable and sweet.
P keeps telling me that I am the best mom she has "never" had. I think it's sweet even though it's totally the wrong words.
E proposed over the weekend that perhaps God turns into the Easter bunny to bring us our Easter baskets. And that is why we go to church on Easter to give thanks.
Right before bed tonight M popped up off of his pillow and said "I am so happy that E is getting bigger. Isn't that exciting mommy? I'm so excited she will be big like me"
One night P asked me to sing the rockabye P song. After singing, I gently laid her in her bed. She took my face in both hands, and said "mommy, we live in Opahoma right?" Yes baby. "And it's safe here in Opahoma?" Of course honey. "And there's no treetops in Opahoma? So P not fall in Opahoma?"
Bahahaha! She asked me to sing rockaby baby, but was terrified of falling from the treetops. Whoops!

Baby Shrimp isn't talking yet, but today she did something cute.
I noticed a huge Cheerio mess on the floor of her play area ("mess free" snack container fail.) I pointed to the Cheerios and said "Who made this mess?!"
She looked at the mess, then pointed at me.
She's never pointed before in her life, and this was too perfect.
V has started asking "because why?" when I tell him things, like what's for lunch or if we can't go outside or whatever.
Also not talking but when A was crying yesterday he wanted to lay down next to him and hug him to try and comfort him. My heart couldn't stand the cuteness.
Not my kid, but my nephew (A) can't tell the difference between babies, so he relies on what they're wearing. On easter, he looked over (they were both in a diaper in high chairs) and said "Hey, two 'Z's!"
We were at the zoo the other day, and L was in a play area. She stopped playing to walk over to MH and said in a really serious voice, "Daddy. I need. A map." He handed her the park map, and she then looked at it as if figuring out where we should go next.
And the other day R was asking what the biggest flower was, and said "maybe it's the lion daisy!" uhh, what? "you know, the kind grandma got for mommy" ohhh, Tiger Lily! LOL close enough, kid.
Every time Mh goes to the bathroom R wishes him to have a happy poop, "Dada, happy poop!" And not my kid, but my nephew was telling me about their cat that they had to put down and said "Cat at farm, chasing mices. New cat someday". Lol
Nugget recently learned the word "Trash" and loves to help throw things away and bring trash to us. J bought a bag of Reeses eggs a couple of weeks ago and has apparently been eating them and leaving the wrappers out, which Nugget has been helping to throw away. When she got her Easter basket, there was a Reeses egg in there, and she immediately picked it up and excitedly said "Trash!"

J has started saying "whatever" when he is at the end of a temper tantrum. Like he will scream and throw himself on the ground, start to get over it, look me in the eye, shrug his shoulders and say "whatever"

Again, she isn't talking so I don't know if this counts.
I came out of the bathroom to find the baby brushing her own hair. We rarely brush her hair, so it amazes me that she already understands what the brush is for.
I took the kids to see the panda bear movie. On a potty break, my 4yo went in a stall by himself. I heard him go, then a flush and a startled yelp and him shouting "It's a magic potty! Why is the potty magic?"
