We are closing on our house tomorrow. We have to bring DD. Someone tell me it won't be that bad with a toddler. IPad, snacks, coloring book... I'm hoping she will be good.
Good thing is we are going out afterwards. We're gonna check out Miami Valley Gaming. I'm not much of a gambler, but DH says they have a really good buffet. So, food.

We brought DS to closing. He was fine with his tablet and some blank paper to scribble on. The second one was at dinner time and we got him a happy meal and that worked.
But I'll be home all day tomorrow if you want to bring her over here. I don't know how far out of your way that is.

Thanks guys. JoBub might be out of the way... Closing is in morrow. But sstwinklinglites wouldn't be too far. Does it usually take about an hour? I think she will be fine for an hour or so, but anything over that would probably be pushing it.

Yeah an hour sounds about right. Is this for the house you're selling? Will the buyers be there too? When we closed on the new house it was just us since the seller was a relocation company so they could sign at a different time. Sothat one was super quick. Less than an hour. The sale of the old house took a little longer, because the buyers were there and there was some chatting about the neighborhood and stuff. But there was a while when it was their turn to sign papers and it walked the halls with DS because I wasn't needed.

JoBub, yes It's for the house we are selling. I'm assuming the buyer will be there because it is at their realtors office. I think she will be fine if I can take her for little breaks and walk around like you did.

Yeah you should be fine. As long as your H van sit and listen to them explain every page, you can focus on E and just sign where he tells you to sign.
I don't understand why nobody in the Android camp can fix this. MH has never had battery problems with his iPhone. I've had a similar issue with every droid I've owned. Maybe they just like to be sure people are eager to upgrade at that 2 year mark.

I used to have this kind of issue with phones before Androids or iPhones were a thing. I've never had this happen with an iPhone. My battery will last over a day with regular use, but at least until the end of the day if I'm putting a lot of extra use on it.

That's what I've assumed too. They want you to get a new one every 1.5-2 years.
No. Explain this to me, because I need to make this work with my new phone. I just always charge overnight (until it goes to shit and I charge all day long) but I know that's not really the best thing for it.

When you first get your phone, completely drain your battery, then charge it to full. You don't have to do it every time, just the first time and about once a month after that to condition your battery.

I've heard the opposite. That batteries in phones and laptops don't work on this principle like the old rechargeable batteries did and it's harder on them if you completely deplete it.
I think I read that it's only hard if you let it die and then it stays that way for several days/weeks. Letting it die occasionally and then charging it shouldn't do damage.

babylove518 If it's any consolation, M still calls momma/mommy 99% of the time. I think he went through a short phase where he said mom/dad, but it's usually just mommy/daddy.
