How old is LO?
7 weeks tomorrow.

How's everything going?
Good. I think we've started to settle into a routine for feeding.

I actually can't come up with anything right now.

How do nights look at your house?
Decent. C didn't go down until between 10 and 11, which I'd like to start moving earlier. But once he's down, he usually only has a once a night wake up (for about an hour) and then up for the day at 7.

If you're pumping, how is that going? When are you returning to work, or are you SAH?
I pump about once a day. I'm nut thing back Turk work until C is 6 months, so I'm not worried about stockpiling.

GTKY: what's your favorite kind of weather? Springtime - warm but not hot. Even better after a cold, grey winter.

How old is LO? 7 weeks

How's everything going? Going pretty well - her evening fussiness is decreasing and some sleep/wake patterns are emerging during the day. We're working on her taking a bottle, which is more of a struggle than I anticipated. She drank an ounce from the bottle yesterday, which is great.

Questions/concerns/cute stories to share? She's figured out how to imitate DH when he sticks his tongue out at her, and it's pretty cute to see her do that with him.

1-3mo:
How do nights look at your house? DD is usually awake and feeling some kind of way starting at 6 or so. DH gets home at varied times - usually around 7. We alternate eating and entertaining her until 8, when I go up and change/swaddle/nurse her to sleep. Then from 8:30-9:30 DH and I catch up and hang out together, but we will both continue pointing out that we should go to bed asap. DD is either up around midnight or around 2am. If midnight, she'll be up again at 3 or 4am. Then she's up for good around 6ish.

If you're pumping, how is that going? When are you returning to work, or are you SAH? Pumping is going well - I pump in the morning on the side she doesn't feed on. I've sorted out a simultaneous nurse-pump setup that works for me. I'll go back to work in July, but I'm hoping to have a freezer stash before that.

GTKY: what's your favorite kind of weather? I like warm not humid days - 70+ with no humidity sounds delightful to me.

How old is LO? 2 weeks

How's everything going? Pretty well! Half a pound over birth weight at 2 weeks!

Questions/concerns/cute stories to share? He is struggling with letdown a little so I try to lean back to help him.

What is something about your newborn(s) that surprised you? How chill this kid is. Not like his sister!

If you're pumping, how is that going? When are you returning to work, or are you SAH? I SAH. Using a silicone milk saver to make one bottle a day so H can take a shift at night.

GTKY: what's your favorite kind of weather? warm and sunny

How do nights look at your house? Bedtime starts at 8 for our eldest, but I try and feed A right before then. Then we brush teeth (for the rest of us, not little A yet, lol) get the boys in pajamas. A is swaddled also. Then DH reads books and I see if A wants a top off boob. Then after two books, A gets kisses from his dad and brother and I take him into the bassinet. He sleeps usually a five hour stretch then wakes up every 1-2 hours after that till about 7am.

If you're pumping, how is that going? When are you returning to work, or are you SAH?Back at work, pumping is a serous mind trip. Barely an ounce one time 4 ounces another. The other day I pumped for almost three times longer than usual and got half an ounce total. Thinking about getting a different pump and seeing if that helps.

GTKY: what's your favorite kind of weather? Warm breezy evenings that are followed by stormy nights do my soul good. But overall, just a nice bluebird day is the best.
