I had pelvic floor therapy this morning while H watched S while working from home. We agreed for him to watch her a little longer so I could go to a fitness class right after. It would have been the first time I left S for some me time rather than an appointment... well the class ended up being cancelled! Nooooo.

notagoddess Sorry that class was cancelled, that sucks!
It's going to be hot here today, and I love it! I'm going to continue working on putting away clothes that R grew out of and go through the bins of clothes the next size up from C, my sister, and my sil. Also, I should go through some of my stuff. I want to clear out the storage area of the basement, it has way too much stuff right now! I'm so excited to donate so much stuff and clear out my house a little!

The air enema didn't move things anymore than the first one so they've decided surgery. They were talking between this one and a bigger hospital. After talking to @wineandcupcakes I decided to push for the bigger hospital. It's only 2 hours away so I can still go there during the day and be home for the girls. I'll just feel better and hopefully they keep me better updated. I'm headed home to shower and eat then take the girls to the daycare for the first time, then I'll drive down to meet the ambulance there. oldbaylover1024, I don't know how you dealt with C under another roof for so long. Serious respect.
littleredfish I'm so sorry he has to have the surgery. It sounds like the bigger hospital is the way to go though so I'm glad you pushed for that. Thinking of your family today & prayers for a successful and uneventful surgery.

I am trying to get the baby to nap. If I got a solid hour from him I think I could knock out the most important things on my to do list. I can't believe this baby is going to be 3 months next week, it seems to be going so much faster this time!
pivot, that blanket is super cool, and he is precious.
I just posted on the Tuesday thread and then saw your update here littleredfish. I'm sorry the 2nd round didn't fully correct it and he has to have the surgery, but the other hospital sounds like the way to go and he'll be in great hands. More hugs to you. And seriously, let us know if we can help in any way and send you things.

We officially have a toddler bed... and we are officially locking our kid in his room for nap/quiet time. #Parentsoftheyear, maybe, but #sanitysaver. He's currently very much not napping, but very happily playing.

We went to visit my great grandma and ate lunch with her. It's so stressful to visit with an infant and a toddler, but I know it's important - she's 98, so our time with her is limited. Clara had her second poop explosion of the day while we were there. I think it's time for size 2 dipes soon. I was really hoping to be able to use the half sleeve of diapers I have left, but I also really hate poop leaks, so...
DS is now napping. I'm nursing C then we're going outside to hang up laundry and enjoy some sunshine before she needs another nap!
On cloud 9 right now. I just finished a phone call with my boss and they are implementing a new maternity leave policy where in addition to the 6-8 weeks of short term disability we get they're giving us another 4 weeks of paid leave to use within 12 months of giving birth. So since I used vacation these last two weeks after my eight weeks of disability I'll get 4 weeks of paid leave I can use between now and February 😄 I also have two more weeks of vacation time so technically I have 6 weeks I can take between now and the end of the year. They haven't announced it yet but she got special permission to call and tell me.
She also mentioned that our CEO wants to put me on a rotation with our Growth team within the next 6-12 months in a type of Business Dev. Manager role. Literally I was going to talk to my boss about transferring to that team within a year or so. I am now excited for work on Monday minus the fact I have to leave my babies.
