Clogs after weaning

i took 2 months to drop from 2 feeds a day to once a day and then stopped 12 days ago. I didn't get much fuller than usual after weaning completely and things were good. Now I am cd1 and where I usually tank my supply with AF I have instead gotten a bit fuller and I now have 4 or 5 clogs in my stud. I have already hand expressed more than I'd like but they are high and deep. Any suggestions to desl with the clogs that won't increase my supply? It is painful to pick up the kids or sleep. No signs of mastitis. Thanks

Have you tried heat and an electric toothbrush or vibrator? I'm sorry you are dealing with that!

lecithin supplements help with clogs- supposedly they help break up fats to dissolve the clogs. 1 capsule up to 4x per day or 1 tbsp of granules per day. have you tried warm baths or compresses? advil?

Thanks guys. I will look into those suggestions. I hand expressed to the point of empty but still couldn't get them out.
