Haha I did too, but we're not big on sides anyway, so whatever.
Having an Aldi close has been awesome. The closest one for us used to be Ridge, which is not the nicest area and it wasn't convenient. Now it's on H's way home, so we've been loving the 97c gallons of milk.
I've never been in Aldi. There's one close to me. I should check it out but I need to plan my shopping trips to make it work.
I used to go there once/ month for a big stock up before it was close. I'd grab a few kinds of pasta, pasta sauce, canned beans and tomatoes, some yogurt, milk and cheese (not enough for the whole month), pouches and other baby snacks, granola bars, etc.
I need to shop at Aldi more. When we lived in IL they had kind of a bad reputation, and in general I'd only be comfortably buying non-perishables there. But they've really been working on improving their image the last few years. The one by our old house was a little sketchy, but I bet the one in WC is better, and actually closer than Kroger.
At lunch time I checked off ordering balloons and food, cupcakes for school party, got the teachers flowers and chocolate for teacher appreciation (the school requested specific things this year for each date which is kinda annoying.) I also called a doctors office again because I have a denied bill and I think the billing was submitted with a wrong code.

Look at you being all productive. I need to do all of those things, and have zero motivation to do any of it.
So small update. The doctor I saw today prescribed me a steroid to help, FX it does. Im started to stress now that this might persist after delivery (which I know is jumping many steps ahead, and usually delivering cures the rash). But I'm just worried it will because it's all I can think about, and I wanna BF and apparently post birth treatments affect supply.
I'm also tentatively going on leave now. I may go back if the rash clears up this week.
Any book, movie or Netflix recommendations for me?
Oh and this dr wouldn't move up potential induction any sooner than 38 weeks. Which surprised be bc the doctor I saw last week was fine to move up if the rash was still unbearable. But for now, induction is planned for May 18 unless they come sooner... FX that either this rash clears up or they come a little sooner!!

lindsay - I hope the steroids help and that those babies come soonish. How far along are you now? 36 weeks? And for the love of God, please stop thinking about work. It's not that important right now. Relax at home, slather up with all the things, take baths, kick your feet up. Work will be there when you get back.

I also scheduled an oil change on my phone- basically I haven't been so organized and now I need to do like 1000 things...

Maybe schedule your next visit with that other doctor then!
And thinking Netflix, not sure what type of shows you like. I just watched Grace & Frankie, it was great. The Ranch and Schitts Creek were good comedies too. I liked Travelers and 3%, both are darker though and more sci-fi / dystopian. All are netflix originals.

So fedex left a signature slip on the door today. I have no idea what it's for and the package came from China. So tomorrow I get to find out what's in the 14lbs of boxes. Yippee?
I watched the Gilmore Girls reunion on Netflix. People are talking about 13 reasons why but I haven't seen it. We really liked that series with the kids - something 8? I can't remember...

Nobody ordered anything? I'd be a little scared / a little excited.

My sister just text me back, and she ordered something. I was nervous, 14lbs of mystery from china???

I've heard really mixed reviews on 13 Reasons Why. Basically, almost everyone I know that works with children in some capacity is totally against allowing kids or teenagers to watch it. I can't remember the source, but I read that the makers went to some psychologists or mental institute or something and they did exactly everything the experts told them not to in order to make the series.
I like Gilmore Girls, every Greys Anatomy from a million years ago and right now I'm watching Drop Dead Diva, which is really cheesy, but I love it
They give Grey's reruns on Lifetime everyday starting around noon or 1PM. They give episodes until 4PM - 6PM. They show every episode in order until the last one of the next to last season that's currently showing on ABC. They've been doing this for years and I watch all the time.

They say anything with suicide can trigger or cause surge in more suicides so that makes sense. I still might watch it.
becole I really liked the show. Is it appropriate for preteens and teens? Maybe not. And some of the show's premise/theme I don't necessarily agree with (don't want to spoil it), but even so I was addicted and couldn't get enough as I watched it. It was really well done and emotional. I'll def watch a second season if they do one.

Have you seen Orange is the new Black? Lost? Idk if that series is on there but it's so good and like a ton of seasons. New Girl is hilarious. And Big Bang Theory. Did you watch the Steven Avery stuff Making a Murderer? All good.

I'm doing peer reviews for my english class research papers, and I'm about to GBCengclass. Two weeks ago I did a peer review on a paper about islamaphobia, which explained that 9/11 was when 2 airplanes were hijacked, one crashed into a tower and the other into the pentagon. What about the other two planes??? I'm currently reading outdated information on car technology from 2001, the mental benefits of video games (specifically esports), and the fear of fat people. C'mon people.... I realize I'm being JudgyMcJudgerson, but for whatever reason, these topics are grating me. Although, they're probably thinking the same thing about my paper, the socioeconomic impacts of urban gardening.
