Kind of a lazy day here. Trying out a new schedule today, hoping to get W more sleep at night. I'm planning to take them to my house this afternoon to make a big batch of chicken noodle soup. Over the weekend I found free weekly meal plans for Aldi - $60 for 6 servings each meal for 7 days. Excited to give it a try this week

dogmama22 I wanna hear how the meals are! We try to shop at aldi as much as possible so if I had meals I could configure all from there, that'd be awesome
I'm doing a little work from home, trying to wrap up loose ends in case I start my leave. Have a dr visit in about an hour, FX they can give me something stronger and they can advise on next steps toward an induction date if it has to come to that.
I was up for 2-3 hours scratching last night and nothing relieved it. I think by the end of day, I've had so much crap on my body that nothing is touching it so I'm thinking I need to shower 2-3 times a day, so some re-applications are fresh.

Same! It just stinks when I have to make two stops because they don't have something on my list, so hopefully I can consistently find it all there. This is the plan for this week. So far, I like that it's "normal" food so my husband will eat it. I like to try new things, but he's not too adventurous and it seems like so many ready made meal plans have unusual foods. www.mashupmom.com/category/aldi/

I like the rain. Our new grass is finally starting to fill in. But I don't understand why cars in this city can't go over 40 mph when it's raining?
Bub woke up MOTN last night because he pooped in his pullup. This has not happened since before we potty trained, so probably over a year. It freaked him TF out. He was like "MOM!" at the top of his lungs, and when I went in there he was in his bed, totally frozen and he said "There's poop in my diaper!" almost like he didn't know how it got there. LOL He finished up on the potty, and then wanted me to snuggle and I ended up falling asleep in his bed until like 3:30.
It's teacher appreciation week. There's candy and bagels and shit all over the place. I'm a little grouchy about it as I eat my scheduled 9am snack of string cheese.

I side eye the orange slices as a side dish in some of these but it sounds easy and "normal" food. We don't have an Aldi close by...

Haha I did too, but we're not big on sides anyway, so whatever.
Having an Aldi close has been awesome. The closest one for us used to be Ridge, which is not the nicest area and it wasn't convenient. Now it's on H's way home, so we've been loving the 97c gallons of milk.

That is rough!! I feel like teacher appreciation week was ALL about the food 😞

I'm sorry JoBub but think of all the clothing that will fit you post partum without the treats!

I've never been in Aldi. There's one close to me. I should check it out but I need to plan my shopping trips to make it work.

Oh no to the poop. At least he was wearing a pull up. MH put N to bed last night. He forgot to put a pull up on her. Guess who peed the bed?!?! I'm not sure when she did it though, I would feel awful for her if she peed in the motn and had to lay in it, but we didn't hear a peep from her until this morning.
Correct. It's consistently $1 less than Kroger and we go through a lot! I would say that alone saves us $10/ month, plus yogurt and cheese is a lot less, so those are the biggest things that add up. After some hesitation, we've also started buying some of our meat there and that's a big savings too.
