I think I do. Every time I walk for the last week it feels like I tried to do the splits without stretching. It's getting worse by the day. Even just sitting it's sore. And when I move one leg to try to turn over at night in bed, I get awful pain and cramping in my inner thigh.
Does this sound like spd? Something else?
I have my 32 week appointment in the morning so will ask. Just looking for your input.
Mine feels like my pubic bones are separating, so it feels like pulling and painful pressure at the symphysis when I walk. Turning over at night causes a loud joint pop. I would ask doc, but unfortunately there isn't much they can do for it. Could also be the pain of ligaments stretching? Thankfully it goes away postpartum. Almost there!

I have it. Mine is from tearing the ligament during birth the first time around. For now, walking isn't awful yet but it gives me a waddle. With DD, I literally couldnt walk. Right now, the worst is trying to roll over in bed. I have to sleep propped up on my back because laying on my side exacerbates the pain. Sitting for too long also hurts, particularly on hard chairs. But standing too much hurts too so, it just kind of sucks overall.
Things that help: Don't carry things lopsided, like trying to carry groceries inside. A memory foam mattress pad Supposedly a support belt, but mine hasn't helped Pillow between the knees when sleeping Sit when putting on socks, pants, shoes, etc. Trying to keep your knees together when rolling over I read that silky sheets and pajamas help make rolling over much easier because it reduces friction, but I haven't tried it.
Supposedly there is physical therapy you can do to help, but my ob hasn't referred me so I don't know. Your doctor might also talk to you about positions for labor so you don't make it worse.
I'm having what you're describing, but I keep forgetting to ask the doctor and I didn't think it was SPD. I thought SPD was like the front of the pubic bone, and what I feel is more like inner thigh muscle pain, way up high. I don't know though! It's not a lot of fun.

The midwife thinks it's possibly spd starting but most likely just ligament pain from this being a second pregnancy and chasing an almost 3 year old all day. So we will see.
I have a good friend who is a PT who is sending me some exercises. I can post them here for those of you that may benefit as well.
