I have my anatomy scan on Friday. I'm going alone because we don't have a sitter and DH will have the kids. Yay for a kid free afternoon! I will update with u/s pics after.
I'm finally feeling more regular movement. Especially when I drink OJ. I'm also enjoying the second tri energy I have. My house is so clean and I have kept things organized that usually get left because I'm too tired by the end of the day.
No questions
My best characteristic is also my worst. I'm very upfront about everything. I don't beat around bushes and I'm very honest when it comes to things I like/don't like. If I don't keep it in check, I can easily offend someone without meaning to.

luciddreamer, I wouldn't be able to look at the screen while the tech was doing the scan because I can tell what the sex is without them telling me. With DS2 when she started she rubbed the gel around with the wand and I saw the penis. It was very clearly a boy. It was as obvious with DD but once she settled on the lower half of the body I saw the lines. No penis in sight! I hope y'all can stay team green too! Good luck!
Appointments/ultrasounds: Nothing until May 30, which I find weird given that I've been bumped up to "high risk care."
Symptoms/rants/raves: I'm so tired, but I think that's not really pregnancy related. Just a long week with travel, sick kid, etc.
I'm a little pissed that I have to do the "heavy lifting" as far as requesting that my prenatal care be adjusted to meet the needs of my multiple pregnancy.
Questions: Anyone else get little painful twinges in the tummy while just sitting there? I don't remember that with my first.
GTKY: what do you think is your best characteristic or talent? I'm a pretty good writer/good with words. But I think I personally value my empathy more than any technical skill or talent, KWIM?
Yeah, it took seconds to see LO's junk at my A/S. She asked if I could guess and I just laughed because it was so obvious. I'd have to straight up cover my eyes if I wanted to be team green. I don't have that self control.
Our tech asked before starting if we wanted to know and since we did right then but planned on waiting until later that day, she worked around that area and told us to look away while she did that section. She moved pretty quickly to start with the scan that we didn't have a chance to tell while she was getting the general position of the baby. We could've been lucky and had good position of little one and a good tech too.
Yeah, ours asked too. This was the first of my three that the first image was not that portion of the body. DS1 was very obvious, and DD I had to ask if she was sure! This little guy was obvious once she got to that part of the body. She asked if we could tell and we were like yep.....
Symptoms/rants/raves: I'm tired, and my sciatic nerve hurts. I'm going to get a massage probably next week.
What's your best characteristic or talent? I'm very loyal and empathetic and a people pleaser. Which is great, but that also means I have hard time confronting someone because I can always see where they are coming from.
kirabou I have noticed some random twinges in my stomach but more so if I get up weird or bend weird. Mine almost feel like I'm stretching in a way that I didn't know I could. Or maybe more my skin feels like it's being stretched.

this is my fear! I get one US a month right now and will go to more frequently after 24 weeks. At 36 weeks, it will be 2/week. There is no way I am not going to figure it out. I guess I will just not tell DH...

EDD: Sept 17
How many weeks: 21w! (ETA +1d)
Appointments/ultrasounds: None this week or next.
Symptoms/rants/raves: I've noticed a definite increase in my appetite, especially in the second half of the day. I still have to pee often, which is especially annoying during the night. Despite this, I'm finally feeling like I can make it thru the day w/o napping.
GTKY: I think I'm a pretty organized person. I don't know if that's my "best" quality, but I think that's an adjective people would use to describe me. Organized, sometimes, can also mean Type A. 😋 This personality trait has its pros and cons. I like to have my ducks in a row. I also think people would describe me as compassionate.

With DS, we were team green too. We told the tech that and she had us look away while she initially placed the wand. Then, we looked away again anytime she was near the genitals.
GTKY: what do you think is your best characteristic or talent? I'm not easily offended and I'm pretty diplomatic - I can see all sides to a situation, which actually can be annoying, lol.

It's been a while since I have posted but I actually had a day off and DH is around to help with the kids since he took off for our a/s today.
EDD: 9/29
How many weeks: 19 + 5
Appointments/ultrasounds: anatomy scan today showed a healthy baby and appointment afterwards was pretty boring since we had just came from our ultrasound. We stayed strong and are still team green despite my attempts to get DH to change his mind.
Symptoms/rants/raves: My legs are starting to swell by the end of my 12+ hour days.
Questions: none
GTKY: what do you think is your best characteristic or talent? I can't think of anything at the moment...
