It's a Monday here. I should be at the shop getting work done while C hangs out with grandma but he woke up throwing up. So it looks like I'll be attempting to get as much done during his nap as I can. He's acting fine right now and keeps asking to go play outside but still feels a little clammy/warm. Since we're home this morning it's cleaning/nesting mode for me.
Morning sickness has really been kicking my ass. I forgot how awful it was. I mean I remember throwing up all day and hating pregnancy the first tri, but ugh this has me swearing I never want to get pregnant again. I really hope that they'll prescribe me something at my appointment Wednesday!
Yesterday my FIL tried to compare my morning sickness to the feeling he would get dreading going back to work on Sunday nights. No dude, just NO.
On the bright side I have been getting some really decent sleep lately and H is totally picking up my slack around the house!
Sorry belle0720!! I hope it doesn't last too long. I had a couple waves of nausea yesterday for the first time but was hoping it was still related to being sick and extra tired all weekend. Because I don't want that to start already either!!
DS caught my cold, so I kept him home from preschool this morning. Poor kid has a nasty cough but otherwise is acting normal (I got an, "I feel GREAT today mom!!!")
I got stuff ordered for both kids birthday parties this weekend as it started to hit me how fast they'll come up! We are having DS's family party quite early to line up with FILs work schedule, so both parties are next month now! So I'm in excited party planning mode now. L is having a jungle party and DS Lego Batman.

Monday isn't so bad here so far, it's a beautiful day so I just took the dog for a quick walk before my lunch which was nice. Between our anniversary and Mother's Day I ate allllllll the food this past weekend, so now I need to get my butt back on track because I'm definitely feeling super big and bloated today.
I was offered a new job this morning. But I want to interview with another school prior to accepting it. So, I just sent an email the the school I want an interview with being like 'Hey, I'm awesome. This other school wants me but I wanna chat with you. LMK. Thanks.' Crossing fingers for an interview with them this week. If not, I'll take the other one offered to me. Either way, I'm getting out of the school I dislike!! And getting a classroom!!! Yay!!!! Otherwise, it's Monday. Most of my lessons for the rest of the year are planned. So, what do I do during planning now?
Sorry for the scheduling snafu carrots. That happened to me last year with C's party and I was probably more annoyed than I should have been. But that's shitty to have it happen twice☹️

This weekend was too busy to get anything done, so I ran to the supermarket before work this morning. Ran into a friend who was in the exact same situation. (Makes sense since we spent Friday night and most of Saturday with her.)
I'm actually excited for the week and being home alone, where it's nice and quiet!
Just realized baby girl could be here anywhere in the next 9-34 days. Man I have a lot to do! (Earlier if I went into labor on my own, but my OB said anytime beginning with my 36 week appointment. One high BP reading and she's sending me over.) C actually ate this morning which is good. He fell asleep in the car an hour earlier than our normal nap time, hoping he sleeps until his normal nap ends. Currently watching Harry Potter and trying to get some work done.
stinybean, my district is huge so there's always a ton of movement within it. I've been at 7 schools in 6 years and interviewing for the last 5. It never hurts to try :-)

Thank God this Monday is over! My boss was queen of the projects today with no real direction..love those. I also had to grocery shop this morning and ended up dropping a brand new jar of salsa and breaking it. There was the 9:30 shitsplosion (that never happened as an infant WTF!) which ruined her rug. I'm not too salty about that because I wanted a new one for her big girl room I'm planning anyways. I'm drinking rose and waiting for my stuffed bell peppers to finish baking now. I hope all the preggos are feeling better. I'm kind of jealous but still not quite ready to be KTFU yet...such a procrastinator.
