I just scored (5) 2-packs of Avent bottles off the clearance rack at Target for $10!!! I feel like only other MoMs truly appreciate a bottle deal. You can never have too many bottles. I feel like I spend way too much time washing bottles. we're teetering in the edge of graduating from the 4 oz ones and I was dreading having to buy a bunch of big ones. $10 for 10 bottles!!! Can't beat that.

I registered on Scary Mommy, but I am open to doing whatever. Also evidently the magical number of 20 posts over there unlocks other boards, but I haven't done that yet cause fussy babies.

What in the world did they put in the vaccines they gave my babies on Tuesday? Baby Boy has been so so fussy it's not even funny and Baby Girl only wants to sleep on me! No one is running a fever they are just so out of sorts!! Please tell me this will end soon!

How many of you ladies wear/wore your twins -- and what age are they, or at what age did you stop?
@feegan , do you still use your Twingo with L&J?
I do, but not with any kind of frequency. I should honestly just sell it at this point. Man, just saying that out loud has me feeling all the feel. Love that d@mn carrier.
Yeah I'm nearly at that point, too. I think I wear one at a time more than I wear both, and a wrap is so much comfier. Plus A is such a lump that I don't feel the Twingo is as supportive with him as it should be -- it hardly comes halfway up his back now. And he's only like 8lbs off the weight limit -- which I know still gives me ages, but holy heck, it's not going to be that long. I just don't want to give up the ability to wear them both!
Did anyone use the weego? A local twin mom is trying to sell me hers and I don't know if it is worth it or not
I seriously considered this for a little while but decided I wanted a carrier I'd be able to use for longer with two. It's so cute though, I wish budget hadn't been an issue and I could have used one in the early days!
After being up 5 hours last night, I'm wondering if my girls have a milk sensitivity. I can't call it dairy because I eat dairy throughout the day and they're fine. But it seems if I have a glass of milk with dinner I'm screwed overnight. Is this possible? Or am I making stuff up.
@katerli, the weego resale market is pretty good in most areas, you should be able to sell it when you're done with it. They have a short lifespan so if you purchase early, it's probably worth it
elvenqueen, they sell extender panels if you're interested. Every time I consider selling it, I have a situation come up when it's called for. I don't have any other carriers anymore so I'll hang onto it until they size out of it.

I'm dying for a twingo but DH says they're too expensive.
Guys, I'll tag later - I got bogged down in the forum thread all day!
First, can anyone TTMA the EASY schedule? How did you implement it? We need scheduling in our lives now. The girls are being a bit more predictable but they are on opposite schedules.
2) I registered at Scary Mommy but there isn't anything there for the boards I'm on - this, anything IF related and the cloth diapering board I just started visiting.
I don't want to leave.
We kind of loosely use it. By loosely I mean I follow it but allow a half hour wiggle room on everything. So right now they eat every 3.5ish hours, then we "play" for 60-90 minutes and then they nap for 60-120 minutes. E is my difficult baby but I think having a schedule has been helping. As far as implementing, we just did it one day. It didn't really upset things and the only thing I really had to change was making sure they were getting awake time and not just falling asleep after every bottle.
If my friend sells me the weego at a good price I might get it from her, but now you all have me looking at the twingo
You can't tandem in the Twingo until one of the babies can sit independently, and even then mine were too short... I think it wasn't until 6m? There's a gap between weego and Twingo, especially if your kids are heavier to start, that isn't easily solved. I wore tandem in ring slings but it's not very practical or comfortable- your arms are severely restricted. There's a FB group called "tandem baby wearing" that I found really helpful
Sooo, hormones are fun! I just lost it at work this AM. I only had today and 4 more days next week with a SUPER light schedule until my leave. It takes me to 36 weeks.
Well today I wasn't feeling well and started crying because I felt so guilty that I couldn't just sit there today (literally had nothing to do but continuing ed classes on the computer) and then couldn't stop crying because I was so embarassed about crying. So I just closed my schedule and ghosted because if I told anybody then, of course, I'd cry more. I cried the whole way home and IT FELT SO GOOD! This is just as hard mentally/emotionally as it is physically.
Thank you for reading . Tomorrow I'll wake up totally new right? Ha.

Did not know this!! I will look into it for sure, thank you
lotusbee, sure, and then when you have the babies, things get so much better. 😉I have an evening cry every night, either because I'm so happy looking at them or because of some other negative reason.

I can't wait! At least it will be in the privacy of my own home? I hope you guys are doing well and getting settled in!
lotusbee, I had to post an run but it's nice to do it in your own home! Things are going well - they're two weeks today! Time goes fast and slow at the same time.
