Successes/victories this week? I guess not gaining weight. But I'm feeling defeated in the successes category this week 😔
Things to improve on? Losing weight. I've hit a plateau again grrr. Not sure how to start losing again. Also mentally: I need to come back down to earth from this pandora obsession I've had lately.
Goals for next week? DH and I are having a weekend "away" and we are going out to dinner so I just don't want to go overboard. Maybe we can get some exercise in at the workout room in the hotel or at least some swimming time.
GTKY: I actually do feel like I fit my personality better at an "older" age. In high school I was always the responsible one. And in college I was USUALLY the responsible one (in college terms) 😉 I also love my life and feel very settled in a good way!
I do not like that I'm starting to see my age in my face more. I also don't feel like I bounce back physically as quickly these days. I feel "too old for that shit" on a lot more things: biking, roller skating, drinking more than a few drinks.

Successes/victories this week? I've been making it to the gym and avoiding the cupcakes that taunt me in the cafe.
Things to improve on? Diet and sleep. My kid sleeps through the night now so you'd think I'd actually sleep now

GTKY: what do you like about getting older? What do you hate? I like caring less what other people think. I hate having to have a full skincare routine because my face is not happy when I dont.
