Successes/victories this week? Ate fairly healthy this week. Spent some time outside and made it to yoga last Thurs and Fri
Things to improve on? I've had a hard time getting to the gym this week. It'll be better when I'm done training
Goals for next week? Yoga and walks with D'S. He does yoga at school and likes to do poses at home. I'm going to look for some YouTube videos for our trip
GTKY: not to sound college application like, but where do you see yourself in 5 years? Not doing my current job. Maybe doing adjust professor on the side

Successes/victories this week? Staying consistent with my exercising.
Things to improve on? Eating better on the weekends. I'm still trying to get back to were I was from last weekend's staycation eatathon ugh.
Goals for next week? Keep plugging away. Trying to reach my mini goal - 4 more lbs to go for that. Mentally I want to not be so tough on myself if my weight fluctuates. I have to remember that as long as I keep going it's fine; it's not a race. I just want this to be a permanent, realistic life style so I don't ever gain again.
GTKY: I would have said before that 5 years doesn't seem that long but with kids it's a huge age difference. So I'll have a almost 10yo and an almost 8yo. That's just crazy. I'm seeing myself busy with the girls' activities. I'll love to be able to properly tend to housework since they'll both be in school! And maybe I'll even work or volunteer at their school if something comes up. I don't want to go back to my career as of right now but I am keeping up my certification bc you never know. ETA: hoping we are all healthy and happy too!
Successes/victories this week? My therapist suggested getting out for walks for my mental health, so I went on two bike rides with and a walk with both boys this week so far. And I've been trying out some random guided meditations on YouTube.
Things to improve on? Trying to make this a daily thing.
Goals for next week? Well I'd like to actually go swimming at the gym at least once a week
GTKY: not to sound college application like, but where do you see yourself in 5 years? Um hopefully on a house in the country, with happy boys and a happy husband. And being promoted to manager I guess.
Successes/victories this week? - definitely seeing improvement in my yoga practice. So much less snacking this week!
Things to improve on? - I need to get back to cooking more. There's been a lack of fresh veggies around here lately.
Goals for next week? - I need to add either Thursday evening or Saturday morning in the yoga studio.
GTKY: not to sound college application like, but where do you see yourself in 5 years? - hmm so hopefully I'd have a ~4 year old and G would be 7, so both kids in school... but maybe we'd have a #3 by then. Too much up in the air between now and then. I hope I'm patient and calm more than not. I hope I'll be able to say it's been almost 9 years since my last anorexia relapse. I hope I'm running a La Leche League monthly meeting at a time and space that fits working moms' schedules.
