Successes/victories this week? Did personal training. Better eating choices
Things to improve on? Doing more yoga. My flexibility has gone downhill.
Goals for next week? Exercise more and eat better. I may make smoothies for lunch to try to reset some of my eating patterns. No blender at work, but maybe I can make it at home, freeze, and then defrost at work.
GTKY: how are the newer moms doing? For the rest of us, are you thinking of having more? I'd like another. H and I are doing better relationship wise, but number 2 has been shelved for now. Age 2 is trying patience wise.
