Successes/victories this week? Worked up the courage to purchase and bake low carb with almond flour. And getting back into exercising.
Things to improve on? More workouts (always). This summer has been busy and I'm hoping that with the summer coming to an end soon sadly, I'll get back into a more consistent groove.
Goals for next week? Try to go down passed the same weight I've been. At least I've been steady (not going up) but I want to lose! I've lost 33lbs. Would love to lose 10+ more!
