I use mobile, I don't power up the desktop that often anymore.

Desktop. I actually have a proboards app that I use for the GBCN forum that I'm on, but for some reason I can't find GBCB on there. But since I only come to this board, it's not a big deal.

jnetx I usually will click on particitpated from the drop down menu to get me to one of our (S13) threads that I've previously participated in and then click on the September 13 link at the top of one of those threads. Its just way easier then scrolling all the way through. Also, I usually click on the "new" in front of a thread title and that will get me to the unread posts, instead of clicking on the thread title which brings me to the OP.


ETA : Also, when youre done reading a thread, I've learned to scroll
to the top and then click on the September 13 link to bring me back so that it resets the page, otherwise it will still say I have new posts to read even though I've already read them if I just hit my back button. I hope this info is helpful, Im not too tech savvy and there may be even easier ways someone else knows of!


I use the mobile site. I just don't see the need to download tapatalk and take up valuable space on my phone (for pictures of DD of course!).

I use my desktop at work. Typically I don't get on much over the weekend but when I do it's the mobile site from my ipad or phone.

Desktop site. Although I use my smartphone ALL the time, I'm not fond of having to type more than a sentence or two at a time on it.

Click on the yellow "new" button when opening a a thread. It should bring you back to the newest posts since you last looked.

I use mostly the mobile site on my phone, but during work hours I can pull it up on my desktop. I downloaded the Tapatalk app only to upload a picture from my phone camera. It was so wierd looking that I have no desire to keep using it to figure it out.

I mostly use my desktop at work which is why Im not really on during the weekends. I occasionally use tapatalk on my phone

Mobile 90% of the time. I occasionally usey laptop on weekends or if I'm working from home.

Also, you don't have to scroll all the way to the top to find the Sept 13 board link. At the very bottom of the page is a "top" button that will take you to the top of the page, and then you can click on the link for the main board page. I agree, clicking back makes it look like I haven't read the new posts, and sometimes if it's a long thread clicking "top" is a lot faster than scrolling.
