Successes/victories this week? Eating better here too. Being back at work means buying lunch because there's no way I'm schlepping my pump / milk and bringing lunch as well but I've been getting salads. And so much less snacking during the day.
Things to improve on? I signed up for the daily burn app and was doing pretty well with working out 3x a week on leave - I have no idea when to fit them in now. I think once DH goes back to work too I'll be able to work out on the 2 days I wfh.
Goals for next week? I'd like to start running again. We're going to my IL's for Thanksgiving and we usually do a 5 mile Turkey Trot - I am not in any kind of shape for that but I'd like to be able to do it. My new neighborhood has such steep hills though!

Successes/victories this week? Went to yoga and only ate one donut today.
Things to improve on? Diet and exercise. I have a meeting that ends 30 minutes before my yoga class and instead of attempting to accomplish anything I 20 minutes that I have before I go to yoga I'm just going to hit the gym and do a little cardio beforehand. I also downloaded the sparkpeople app to track food
