Successes/victories this week? back into eating right and exercising! I feel a lot better and I like seeing the scale go back down toward what I used to be a few weeks ago.
Things to improve on? Getting more work outs in and not eating too much peanut butter... 😁
Goals for next week? Keep on keeping' on, especially logging meals!

How is our health/fitness (physical or mental). things are evening out mentally, I feel much better on a day to day basis, but my low points are still lower than I'd like them to be. Successes/victories this week? i actually made it to the gym this week! First time in six months (hello wasted money, lol) and I'm going to go back tomorrow morning. Things to improve on? my eating, I've been on a sweet kick I need to stop. Goals for next week? Swim at the gym at least twice before I leave on my trip. GTKY: give me 3 things you would bring to a favorite things party! I have no idea, lol. Do pedicures count? That's about my only splurging these days.

Successes/victories this week? I actually went for a run for the first time in probably close to a year. It wasn't too bad.
Things to improve on? Try to be more active. With DH going back to work and the girls both going to daycare starting next Tuesday I should be able to start working out on the days that I am wfh.
Goals for next week? Work out on my wfh days
GTKY: give me 3 things you would bring to a favorite things party! Ice cream, my pillow, and my knitting stuff. I would love if I could find time to knit in bed with my pillow while eating ice cream.
