Successes/victories this week? - my yoga practice has been on fire. I also picked two classes to switch to once I’m pregnant (hopefully soon!) and I signed up for this online 15 min/day work out thing, and as with most of these types of videos I loathe the peppy chatter but I’m doing 15 minutes of high intensity body weight movement a day so there you go.
Things to improve on? - I need to do more cardio like woah.
Goals for next week? - does a BFP count??
GTKY: favorite healthy snack - just for a crunch, cucumbers. For an actual snack, almonds or peanut butter (well PB is at least healthier than a cookie!)
Can we just keep this thread going for this week? I am not even gonna participate bc vacation was a big break for me (aka: terrible but yummy eating). So this week will be a trying to get back on track week.

Well I feel like I'm doing better, but I enjoyed going and working on myself also. I don't know it ever was true PPD, but I definitely wasn't myself when I started seeing her, and now I feel pretty well myself again. But I do worry a bit that if not in focus, I'll slip back to that bad place again.

I'd continue for a bit, but maybe focus on what you can do for future feelings and situations. PPD can come back and morph, but sometimes those thoughts and feelings come back way later on.
Successes/victories this week? Personal training was great. I did make the gym a couple times and I'm figuring out a plan for getting more exercise on the weekend. My mountain bike is going into the shop for a clean and tune up so I can go for a ride while DS naps on the weekend.
Things to improve on? Not letting work get to me. I usually skip out on the gym for work and I need to make myself go otherwise.
Goals for next week? Looking at a sprint tri training plan. I'm signing up for one in May.
