Glad vacation is off to a good start dreemkin! Sorry about the pack n play climbing though.

Nothing planned today. Tomorrow our farmers market reopens and there’s a festival in the town where SIL lives so we’ve got lots on the agenda.

As for us I was planning on taking the kids to the zoo but Sarah has lost that privilege today so it should be a fun day... Is it nap time yet . It's definitely one of those defining parenting moments when the punishment sucks as much for me as it does for the kid, or more!

We were up very early today...and by we I mean the girls.😩 We had breakfast at the hotel and were swimming by 8:30. Now we are gonna shower and decide what to do while we wait for grandma and grandpa to arrive!

In other news my monkey of an 11 month old can 1) climb over a gate on the stairs. 2) has decided my way of coming down the stairs (on his stomach) is for sissies so he holds on to the railing and comes down standing upright. >_<.

Sounds like a great vacation so far dreemkin!

Had an eye appointment today then spent the afternoon with a friend. V wanted to eat outside tonight so we grilled and dined in the backyard. It was a nice evening. Other the the fact today I broke my ceramic pot tonight, that was lousy.

I think I'm getting a cold. I thought it was allergies but now my throat is sore. I think I'll doen some tea tonight and hope for the best in the morning.

Went bowling yesterday and then had a pizza party in the hotel suite. Today we did a wine sampling at a store at 9am...haha. Now we are doing a dairy farm and then a hands on art studio!

Took the girls for their first haircuts this morning. Hard for me to say to those baby curls.

Dh and I are going to dinner tonight for his birthday!!! Brazilian steakhouse here we come!
