I know I've been kind of absent from doing this or participating in them much. As you can probably guess, I've been in a slump. Life got busy and I haven't had much time to come back down to my usual routine. So here goes nothin'
Successes/victories this week? Getting back to better eating and logging my meals. My tummy is grumbling at night but I feel better in general. I'm getting back into it, post trips and birthdays and obligations and illnesses.
Things to improve on? Working out! I've been on a hiatus now since vacation. I was going to try this week but with illnesses and DH working late a lot it hasn't happened. And I notice it in my body...eeeek
Goals for next week? Work out a few days and keep eating better!
GTKY: favorite cool weather drink:
Alcoholic: warmed fall and holiday wines - I put them on low in a slow cooker when we have company and it's lovely. I also am a fan of good craft pumpkin beers. We go to a beer tasting late Aug and they start to include those seasonal ones which I love!
Non boozy: tea (earl grey) or coffee with a dash of cinnamon and all spice.
Successes/victories this week? Made it to the gym with my mom and sister for water aerobics. Signed up A for the childcare so I can go when home by myself also. Things to improve on? Eating for sure, I need to prepare better Goals for next week? Go to the gym twice this week.
GTKY: favorite cool weather drink: alcohol and non. I don't drink but I love warm cider in the fall or a nice hot citrus tea.
