Library day for us here. S was up close during story time and C kept running up to her and tackling her with hugs then march back to me it was hilarious and adorable. Except the one time he had to push other kids out of his was to get to his sister. Haha oops.
H is going out tonight so it's a long day here. I am glad he is going out it's good for him he needs more time to socialize but he spends so much of his personal time running, he also is reserved at fist so making friends isn't slow for him.
At naptime, G claimed he was soooo hungry he couldn’t sleep, so I gave him a string cheese and sent him back to bed. He then used the cheese to lure the dog into his room & closed the door to trap her in. Cue 15 minutes of thrilled toddler giggles as they played in his bed. She didn’t stay for nap, much to his chagrin.
aggiebug they’re mostly from Facebook yay for sweet siblings and for your H making some friends! Have you found some good connections in KC?
Lily we have a few connections, not a lot. I am going to a women's retreat at church this weekend and will see several people I've met there so hopefully that will strengthen some connections.
All morning the girls played with the new magic tracks crash set that my parents gave A yesterday! We had a basic set so they liked combining the two. I worked in A's room clearing out old clothes and crib bedding. I teared up a bit. Then I picked up my rings and I'm so happy to be wearing them again! I wish they could look this shiny, clean, and new every day haha. Tonight we put together A's nightstand. I like it! The color matches the wood trim and doors pretty well! She kind of had a bit of a fit toward the end of the night when I told her we were putting her pjs on, not like her. So she may be getting sick or (hopefully) it might have been a little too late after a few big days.
