We ran to a few stores this morning. I came home with about half the things I needed so I'm gonna go out again tomorrow too. We stopped home for lunch but I decided to just stay home.
We are back to hit or miss with A's potty training...but she did just come up to me and tell me she had to go. Saved a pull up from poopie!! Ya hoo!

I am so ready to be done with moving. On the one hand I’m glad we’ve had the time to go slowly & gradually but on the other the extended transition is wearing on G. He woke up MOTN last night & then started crying that he wanted his new room instead.
He’s currently napping in my bed so I’m back to packing. MIL is keeping him tomorrow & Friday morning so I can hopefully get most of it knocked out.

I'm volunteering tonight at a speed mentoring event for high school girls interested in engineering. So H gets to do most of bedtime. It'll be good for DS since I'll miss 3 bedtimes next week while I'm out of town. I'm finally ready to have a couple nights on my own. DS broke me with demands for extra hugs in order to stall going to sleep. 🤣
I've been coaching H that he has to get up when DS calls out MOTN to put his blanket back on him. And he has to take DS to swim lessons. Those are the only things I'm coaching him on.
H also wants to start DS in soccer on Saturdays. But it's sometime between 1 and 6pm depending on game start time, with practice the hour before. I'm trying to get him to hold off until DS drops his nap. Otherwise it's not worth it. 6pm seems late for a little kid soccer game to start. When do these children eat dinner?
Date night! Dh got free hockey tickets so we went out tonight. We ate at the game which was a nice treat. We ended up leaving after the 2nd period to avoid crazy traffic and bc we were getting sleepy lol.
