I am 25 years old. I see myself emotionally broke most of the times. I used to get irritated for simple reasons. I don't know how to control my anger. While I'm working if there are any internet issues or if my work is pending I get irritated and I will be getting angry to my colleagues. When I am angry, I lose control and throw things around, breaking them. So everyone is afraid to come near me when I am angry. Also, I used to compare myself to others and I gets depressed. I thought of finding a solution to my problem. My friend suggested undergoing a neurofeedback training ( www.neuropotentialclinics.com/neurofeedback/ ) at a clinic in Toronto. I am hearing about this training for the first time. Can someone share your ideas and does training helpful for depression?
