I am diagnosed with fibromyalgia

Hi, I am a 25-year-old female from Canada. I am going through the worst phase of my life right now. I had to divorce my husband as he was abusive, as well as gay.

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in August. I become very tired right now and tend to sleep for more than 15 hours. Getting out of bed is a tedious task for me. I am tired of my life. Something must be done immediately. My friend asked to undergo a treatment at a medical cannabis clinic. Is this treatment effective?

What has been the most helpful treatment (exercise, therapy, medication) for treating fibromyalgia? All of the medicine that I currently use can cause fatigue. Is there any other alternative? Please help!
