Hello! We found a new indoor play place today. It was quite fun but of course it's not cheap so we won't be frequent fliers. That's ok it was a solid 2hrs of fun and both kids are napping as a result.
I am on my second headache free day in a row and 3rd this week which I probably just jinxed but it's also the longest I have gone since November migraine free. Last week I was pretty sad and frustrated by the whole thing and today I am almost optimistic.
I need to be cleaning my house but the house is silent and I don't want to. It can wait a bit longer
The baby and I slept in this morning & we’re both feeling much better as a result. Went to the grocery after lunch for our groceries & G’s class grocery list.
Even though the weather is gross today, the temperature is very warm. Come on, spring! It’s supposed to rain all week so looks like our back patio won’t be poured before G’s party. Oh well.
Just got off the mountain. So. Much. Snow. I'm loving it
On the bus on my way home from work now. Going home to two cranky boys though, but at least I prepped my veggie lasagna last night so I don't have to worry about that.
Hello all. Things have been a bit stressful over here so I haven’t checked in for a bit.
We decided to have our baseball finished. I think I would have rathered waiting a year but here we are anyway. This is going to be a total headache. And messy. And expensive. Ugh. Plus we neee to get everything out of the basement. And it’s a big basement.
We also leave on our vacation in 3 weeks. So that’s exciting. Although I’m less excited about a 6:15am flight of course.
mishka29 good to hear from you. Sorry things have been stressful. A finished basement will be nice in the end though! Good luck with it all! And yay for vacation soon; where are you headed?!
kartish we just switched to underwear from pullups at night about a month ago. She was probably ready a long time before then but I was afraid. I am not as patient with middle of the night surprises as I used to be and I fully admit that lol. My patience shifts to other things as they age.
mishka29 finishing a basement is rough, but so worth it in the end. And yay for vacation!
The boys have been constantly on edge the past few days, with short tempers and big emotions. Not sure what's going on.
Also, is anyone's 4 year old sleeping in underwear?
LO asked if she could wear underwear to bed. I said if you wake up with a dry pull-up for two weeks straight then you can have undies.
With dd1 we didn’t night train. We just waited for her to do it on her own. She was 4 1/2. I think we’ll do the same again bc the thought of waking up to change sheets in the night.....no thank you

We’re going to Mexico - maya Riviera. There are water slides!
V told use about two weeks ago that he was done wearing diapers and has refused to wear them at night. He did really well the first week but this week he has had an accident every night. I cut off his water at 7pm, but that doesn't seem to help. I'm not sure what to do. I want to support him but I'm tired of cleaning up pee.
Maybe try to keep it positive but say that since he's been wetting the bed, back to pull ups until he can stay dry consistently. Then he can wear undies again. Or he can wear his undies over his pull up for now!
