Im having a very difficult time balancing the need to rest and the need to do as much activity and development boosting I want with my toddler to help her grow as much and as healthy and smart as possible. How do I create a smart and healthy routine for my toddler everyday that can spend as much of her energy as possible during the day and promote good sleep for her when I am ALWAYS so tired and I'm not supposed to be up doing a lot of moving around?
