Need Opinions/Advice on pursuing IVF with low AMH

Hi- I am a newbie to this board and was hoping to get some advice on whether to pursue an IVF cycle at CCRM or not.
A little background on me- I had a 19 week loss in 2012, followed by 2 miscarriages...I then found out I had an AMH of .24 and immediately did IVF- we were blessed with my 4y/o son and have nothing frozen.
So here we are- I have recently had my numbers run and have an AMH of .12 and a slightly elevated FSH. I am ready to either close this chapter of our lives and be thankful for what we have or pursue a final IVF cycle. We have been told by my local RE that using my eggs is not advised. DH is very interested in contacting CCRM to see their opinion. However- I am reluctant to spend that much money just to be told that we have very low odds of success (the same thing my RE is telling me). So- I am asking you ladies your opinion or to see if y'all have any success stories of IVF with such a low AMH. Basically just seeing if spending the money on a consult is worth it at all or if .12 is next to impossible (which is what I am thinking). TIA!!!
