I'm living in Toronto. Last week my brother was hit by a woman who was going 60 mph, as she ran a red light at a four-way intersection. His spinal cord is badly injured. He is still in a great deal of pain on and off and is incredibly frustrated. We are at a very good rehabilitation center but overwhelmed with medical expenses. It is a very expensive and difficult task to deal with an insurance company to get medical benefits.
