COVID and birthday party

Hey,

It's my daughter's birthday next month. I had plans to celebrate it most beautifully. But COVID-19 has set a break in my mind. I have planned to make in lively by including projection mapping into it. I had contacted a projection mapping company and the plans are in progress. But my husband is asking me to drop the idea of this grand party. As the situation is getting worse, he wants to have a small function.

What will I do? I want to celebrate it. Has anyone tried the projection mapping technique at your parties? What are the difficulties you faced? If it's easy I would like to execute my plans. Share your suggestions.
