My wife gave birth to our baby boy last month. It was a vaginal birth. Like every woman, her body changed a lot during this pregnancy period. Our doctor told us that simple exercises would help to strengthen the muscles.
But I used to tell her, without proper guidance, doing these exercises would affect her body. However, as this COVID-19 is getting dangerous outside, we were unable to make an appointment with clinics providing postnatal physiotherapy or exercises.
So we are planning to start the post-pregnancy workouts ourselves. So I would like to know what exercises are good to do for keeping fit and healthy. It would be great to hear from experienced ones as we were new parents in the town. I hope someone here could help us.
