Dear lord help me. I'm losing my mind. Feeding every hour for the last 12 is killing me. When we aren't eating we are crying. At this point I want to quit breastfeeding and crawl into bed.
How old is baby? There are big growth spurts at 3 and 6 weeks and 3 and 6 months and unfortunately, whether breast or formula fed, they're just something you have to work through. Definitely rest when you can, otherwise grab a good book, the remote, some snacks and a big water and just feed the baby. One great thing about growth spurts is they're great supply boosters.
Hang in there!!! The six weeks growth spurt was really tough for us too, It was just as you described... LO would cry when I offered the boob and scream when I didn't. You will get through it. nurshable.com/2012/05/27/six-week-growth-spurt/ was helpful to read. Best of luck!
Ahhhh, the 6w growth spurt. It's relentless right?
You are about to turn a big corner in your bf relationship. Really. Keep heart, grab some snacks andmentertainment, and settle in. These days will pass, and they won't seem all that bad in hindsight.

Bah! We ate barely scraping through the 3 wk growth spurt! (Which I pray is almost over) now I'm starting to panic about just how bad the 6 wk one will be...
BFP#1 7/23/12 EDD 4/1/13. MMC discovered on 9/4/12 at 10w1d. BFP#2 3/9/13 EDD 11/12/13. Natural MC on 3/16/13 at 5w3d BFP#3 12/24/13 EDD 9/5/14. Our Rainbow baby was born on 9/4/14!
6 weeks was the toughest one for us. I also got mastitis that week. It was one of the worst weeks of my life.
I kept telling myself every horrible day was one day closer to getting out of it. Also, babies go through growth spurts regardless of how they are fed. FF babies do the same thing.
