DD is 4 months old, I've been back to work since she was 6 weeks. She has been doing well with going from bottle to breast and I've been pumping enough that she hasn't needed any formula. Fast forward to this week, pumping I've been getting less and she is getting very frustrated at the breast. Pulling away and crying a lot, I don't know if she's frustrated she has to work for it or just not getting enough. I have started back with AF so I think that's the reason for the decrease in production. I started fenugreek yesterday to help with that. I'm just beyond frustrated but is she done and self weaning? I am not ready to give up but don't want to stress and constantly worry about it. Thoughts??

She is not self weaning.
Af can cause a supply dip, but baby will bring it back up by nursing often. Switch sides and try breast compressions when she gets frustrated. Check the kellymom link for the dose for the calcium and magnesium supplements.
I don't have any advice other than what PP's said but do want to offer encouragement. I'm sorry you're feeling stressed (I would be too!) and I hope things improve for you soon.
Hang in there! So sorry you're feeling frustrated and discouraged. It's so hard when things suddenly just get crappy even though you haven't changed anything. Follow pp's advice. She is not weaning. Hopefully your supply will be back before you know it. That first AF can really throw your bfing relationship for a loop.
