Here were your goals for last week: zumba Saturday, yoga Sunday, healthy meals, healthy-ish/er snacks, drink more water during the day, no pizza this week.
How did you do with your goals for last week? I did really well. Zumba and yoga both happened this weekend so I feel good about that. Yoga was very relaxing and helped stretch out some muscles. I didn't realize how tight everything is until I tried to do the poses. Definitely did better with the healthy foods, though we did have Chick-fil-a one night. Otherwise, I cooked or we had healthy food out. No pizza! I need to continue to try to drink more water. Some days I drank a lot and others I didn't do as well with it.
What are your goals for this week? Continue with trying to drink more water, try not to skip any songs during Zumba, yoga again, continue with healthy food choices.
QOTW: In keeping with the movie theme, did you catch any of the Red Carpet last night (or have you seen pictures today)? If so, what was your favorite look? I didn't watch, but I looked. I loved Reese Witherspoon and Anna Kendrick's dresses.
I did well last week. I feel a lot better having my SHG out of the way, and now I just wait for AF. Sticking to the PCOS type diet will hopefully encourage a more regular cycle so I can get started with the FET. The last time my cycle was 60 days was over Christmas when I made a lot of bad food/sugar choices.
My weight is pretty much back to normal being about 5 pounds over my pre IVF weight. I am not near as defined, but that will be my focus after the TTC treatments are over. Right now it is just about being healthy for the challenges ahead.
I put new music on my ipod finally, so that always helps my workouts. I want to get my juicer out again, do some yoga, cardio and weights a few times, and continue clean eating. DH had a pile of tatertot's yesterday and I did not even pinch one!
QOTW: No I did not watch, but this dress is gorgeous, and totally something I would wear.

What are your goals for this week? My goals are to eat healthier, and to track everything on myfitnesspal. Also take the stairs at least twice a day at work. (I've already done them once today

How did you do with your goals for last week? 50/50. I tracked WW points every day, but slacked on my stepper. Plus, I was having issues with my Fitbit charging, so I look like a total loser on my dashboard. I shoveled snow for 2 hours, too, and didn't get any Fitbit/WW activity points for it. Eh. It's a new week.

I didn't watch, but I really liked Emma Stone and Scarlett Johansson. Emma Stone is just awesome, and I love the emerald green on Scarlett Johansson. It's rare to see a good green on the red carpet.

How did you do with your goals for last week? I did pretty well. I stuck with my meal plan for the most part, whenever I could. I did better than I expected, for sure. I lost 2.2 lbs in one week and that wasn't even following it as strictly as I could have.
What are your goals for this week? Stick to the meal plan a little better - tomorrow we are going out for DH's birthday and we're going out for hibachi so I am going to force myself to get salmon and veggies. I mean, I'm going to get fried rice too b/c I can't NOT get it, but I'm going to half it immediately and only eat half and save the other half. This is something I have to get better about - eating decently even when going out.

I didn't watch ANY of that last night - Sundays are always Walking Dead nights for us Out of the pics that other ladies posted, I LOVE Anna Kendrick's dress the most.

Ugh. Failed audit and finance first time around. Retaking audit on April 1st and my course for regulation starts on April 13th.
Have I mentioned I took over a prior employees tax clients? And I'm doing more corporates that ever before?
Oh, and it's generally tax season?!
I guess the real answer is I have no idea what's going on with my CPA stuff!
FAR is the actual devil. Do you know it took me FIVE TIMES to pass it? I seriously thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown b/c my 4th score was a 74. RUDE.
I can't believe you are attempting these during tax season. There is NO WAY I would be able to do that!

I want to reach the goal of 10K in a day! I have gotten up to 8K but that's it. I've worked the past 2 night shifts and I'm so tired that I haven't been as active plus it's cold and who wants to go outside?!

Thanks, @boxerific! I hit my goals (I'm pretty sure) last week, too. I weighed in this morning and it's the lowest number I've seen! I think it's a fluke, but it said I'm within 7 lbs of pre BBQ weight. Same goals this week, though I think I blew it with the chocolate covered oreos. All 5 of them. worth it.
