We won't do anything as far as baby gear. Our colors are pink and white though so if it is a girl we will have pink covered for sure. We do have a legacy registry and I will add DD and this one too if it is a girl. I do not have to pay any alumni dues which is nice.
Follow up question: are you going to deck out your baby in colors and mascots? Does your sorority have a legacy registry? Do you pay alumna dues?
DD has her fair share pink & green but it's certainly not predominant. If this one is a boy, I'm sure he'll have blue & gold; it seems to be popular among H's friends to "bro-out" all the new baby boys. We don't have a legacy registry until they're in college and rushing. There's a form that the alumna member fills out. No alumna dues. There's not an active alumna chapter near so I'm not an active alumna by any means.
I was so burned out when I graduated that I haven't done anything with it at all. I've considered joining an alumnae chapter, but I figure I'll just wait until my kids are older.
I did nothing with my boys. If I have a girl, I'm sure I'll put some turquoise, crowns and strawberries on her at some point.

Ditto. Though I would love to start a Panhellenic chapter here and have a meet and greet with high school seniors so we can write recs, etc.
And I LOVE finding anchor themed clothing for DD and DS. Plus I think sailor outfits are really cute. When DD was born, everything in the stores was pink and brown. It drove me nuts, but there's more pink and blue stuff now. I'm thinking of doing her big kid room nautical themed, I'll throw in a mermaid or two so I don't feel so selfish about it.

We put DD in some legacy gear but only for certain things. I advised a local collegiate chapter for a few years until they elected a horrible, horrible president (it was between 3, the chapter was split between 2 so the 3rd won), that's when I resigned. Since then I've been volunteering on the national level, but I think I'm going to resign from that at the end of the year - I just think it's time to focus on my family more and take a step further away.
