Healthy Lifestyles Check-in (2/23)

Hi ladies! Welcome to the weekly Healthy Lifestyles check-in! The purpose of the check-in is to help us achieve a healthier lifestyle in general. Everyone is free to join so if you want to be added please respond below and make sure to let us know what your goals are!
Update: I will only be including folks who report back in the previous weeks post. I'll re-add anyone who responds to the below post next week.
This weeks challenge: I'm thinking we need a dairy challenge this week (I'm sorry if this isn't do-able for some who may have to be dairy free for LO's...if this is the case, please make a challenge for yourself and share with the group!). Let's shoot to have at least one dairy serving every day. That may seem low to some but for others (myself included) I find myself having 3 servings some days and then zero the next. Calcium is so important for our bones ladies - we've got to start somewhere for when we are older!
QOTW: let's brag about ourselves this week - tell us something you are super proud of so we can all celebrate with you!

TJ - how did you do you with your plank challenge this past week?
chiwifey - so a salad for lunch 3x this past week...achieved?
leahb12 - I saw that you have been making more green smoothies - any recipes you care to share?
luvboston - last week was a rough week for you - how are things now?
karabear4409 - how did the lower carb diet go for you and DH?
imoverit - hopefully you aren't sick anymore!!
richzep - how has your nausea been? I know it's been making it hard for you to eat let alone eat well!
dp21 - how's your moderation approach going? I love this approach.
