Win: I got DD a cute backpack to keep her things in yesterday and it was only $6.35.
Whine: I did it at the expense of spending more time at home with DH. I stopped by his work after DD's appointment and he told me he was just leaving to come home. Instead of just going home I took him shopping with me. I am so mad at myself and didn't realize until later what I did. UGH! I just hate changing plans last minute when I'd been planning to go shopping all day.
Win: DS is finally drinking whole milk without a fight. He also seems to be doing just a lot of new things in general and it's so exciting watching him develop.
Whine: So tired lately and I have no idea why. All the naps, please.
penguin129, I'm glad y'all found something that worked in place of the diaper bag! It sounds awesome!
mrss87, I am concerned about your whine. Please be healthy, not starving.
trichie5, morning sickness is awful, hope you pass that period soon!
Win: I'm finally getting a new car this Monday!
Whine: DH has to drive my car home to Chicago, about a 1000 miles, this weekend and is flying home on Sunday. We are picking up the new car on Monday. I don't want him to drive that far because I get so worried there will be a wreck or something awful will happen to him

The problem is only half solved. I am still looking into getting a new purse to double as a diaper bag for long day trips etc. DD's backpack filled up really fast!

What kind of car are you getting?
Oh I see. Well, I hope you find something soon. We are getting a 2015 Toyota 4runner Limited edition in blizzard pearl with tan leather interior! I'm so excited!

Ha icequeen, I may have been exaggerating a bit. Definitely not actually starving
Whine: I can't sleep because my DH is doing to much of "my work" and I'm not really tired at the end of the day. While I love the extra help the kids schedules are out of sorts and he just needs to get a job and get out of my hair. But then when he gets a job I know I'll be bitching he's not around soooooo...

Congrats mrslka! I can't believe your husband has the gall to act like a whiney baby about a vasectomy the same week that you labored for 35 hours to birth a human being! Get some perspective, dude!
Win: We got DH's bonus check from last year in the mail.
Whine: DH has been doing literally nothing around the house. He comes home from work and plays video games. In the morning he literally sits and drinks coffeeand watches me while I run around like a maniac. We will have to have a discussion.
redhorizon343 I know right! DH tends to whine about the littlest pain but giving birth is way harder on the body. I told him off a couple of time and he finally stopped.
Win: Got DS to take a nap both days this weekend..
Whine: All week I had been planning to attend a sport-specific Special Olympics event today with the kids (I'm involved in this sport and it's at a friend's gym, the SO athletes are really the most inspiring athletes to watch in this sport IMO, this coming from someone who was at the top of the sport). I told DH that was my plan for today (i.e. get out of the house and do something fun with the kids because we haven't done so in what seems like forever), he snarled at me to the point it was a "metaphorically like to kick him in the gonad region" reaction of you've got to be kidding me... He reacted like I'd sprouted three heads because his experience with his family's former business for SO was less than favorable (they wanted all of the participants to get 100% of everything free of charge along with training areas/time), with this sport there isn't that same expectation nor expenditure because the athletes basically train at the gym like everyone else.. He instead insisted that I stay at home and "force" DD to catch up on her late homework (Yes, I know this needs to be done, but we NEVER get to get out of the house just for fun).. I should whine that he also accused me of "Binging" because last week Sat. I stayed out and worked at a meet all day and help take down/transport equipment after it was over and didn't answer my phone (kind of difficult when it's not on you, you're working, and couldn't answer it even if it was ringing)... That was my first time away from the kids for a full day alone since the beginning of November when I took my referee exam and before that a year (did I mention anything about wanting to metaphorically kick him in the nards???)... AND, I know the chances of getting DD to do homework at the meet we should have gone to are better than even thinking that she's going to do it here at home... Yes, I'm miffed AND whiney!
