you can- for freshly pumped milk i'd use it within the same day you first offered it. with frozen milk i'd probably offer it for the next feeding (i.e., within a couple of hours) and then dump it if it doesn't get used. when it doubt, give it a sniff- it smells sour or weird, toss it.
Eh, I would probably give it a sniff and taste the thawed milk before I offered it again. My kid is picky and wouldn't take it if I offered the same bottle, but we also heated the crap out of it.
Freshly expressed milk I would offer again, no doubt.
Ditto pp's. I will add that I like to use a new nipple in the bottle when we reuse the milk. I read that the bacteria grows in the nipple so I feel better with a clean one.

For fresh we were able to put the rest in the fridge and use it the next feeding but frozen was a little off sometimes. I just requested that if someone was using milk from a previous feeding that they not mix it with new milk.
Fresh or frozen, I would reuse/reoffer (even if left out at room temp) within a few hours. I would probably even put fresh back in the fridge and reuse it the next day. Frozen gets tossed regardless of use 24-48 hours after being defrosted. Most sites say 24, but I'm a little more lax. As PPs have said, I will give a sniff or taste if any question, but I prefer not to waste liquid gold whenever possible!
