benadryl actually has an anti-nausea effect, and it is safe to take while BFing. the downside is it might make you drowsy.

ginger is also good for nausea. you can grate it into hot water, mix with honey, and drink as a tea.

I had vomiting and diarrhea for only 24 hours, but didn't regain my appetite for several days. After the 3rd day I felt like the baby was getting frustrated at the breast, like she wasn't getting enough. I just did the best I could to drink Gatorade and water (even though I did vomit after drinking during the first day), and just tried to get calories where I could, and I felt like my supply bounced back pretty quickly. Talk to your doctor. There are safe options. Tiny sips every 10-15 minutes. Just keep nursing. You'll bounce back.
